The majority of the loans we arrange are considered Hard Money Loans for non-owner occupied (rental and investment) properties within a corporate structure such as an LLC. One of our loan originators will discuss your loan needs with you on a case by-case basis.

LOANS
RDR Capital provides creative, situational financing that is based upon the financial strength of the proposed collateral, without total reliance upon the prior credit history of the applicant. This flexibility allows for customized lending solutions that maximize benefit to the applicant and the underlying project.
FIX & FLIP REHAB
Fix & Flip loans are short-term financing tools that enable a real estate investor to obtain the necessary capital to acquire, improve and resell a property for profit. We recognize the importance of speed to close on opportunities and can provide financing within 7 - 21 days.
BRIDGE LOANS
Bridge loans are designed as interim financing until permanent financing can be found. Subsequent money used for permanent financing, is sometimes referred to as a “take out” loan because it pays back the bridge loan. Another way bridge loans are used is when capital is required to purchase another property while an existing project has been completed and is pending sale.
